Set on the border of Yorkshire and Derbyshire, our village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet we are only minutes away from the major towns and cities of Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop and Chesterfield.

We are conveniently located only minutes away from the M1 (J31), on local bus routes and only a two minute walk from Kiveton Bridge train station.

Constructed using the latest in Green Technology, our pioneering hall opened its doors in April 2008, officially opened in November 2008 by Prince Edward, The Duke of Kent.

Our Hall is the ideal venue for wedding receptions, meetings, conferences, dances and parties, large and small. It has excellent, flexible facilities: a large entertainment area, fully equipped kitchen, private meeting room, a fully licensed bar and excellent car parking.

• Main hall with stage
• Meeting room
• Dance Studio with mirror wall
• Fully fitted kitchen
• Fully licensed bar with external terrace
• Disabled toilet, baby changing and showers
• Car parking for over 100 vehicles

We are a Registered Charity (No 1122196) operating as a non profit business, running solely on self generated revenue.

Our mission is: provide a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Wales in the county of South Yorkshire without distinction of political religious or other opinions including use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of said inhabitants.
